Maintenance Department
Our maintenance department is here to assist you with routine and emergency maintenance calls. KHA has qualified staff who are responsible for the general upkeep and repair of all units of public housing. Anytime there is a problem at one of the units, from a leaky faucet to a major repair, a resident need only to call the Maintenance Department to complete a work order and a maintenance person will respond.

EMERGENCIES ARE IDENTIFIED AS THOSE
CONDITIONS DANGEROUS TO LIFE, HEALTH, OR SERIOUS ENOUGH TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO
BUILDINGS OR EQUIPMENT. EMERGENCIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE
FOLLOWING:
NO WATER
SERIOUS WATER LEAK
CLOGGED TOILET
NO HEAT
NO ELECTRICITY
