FOUNDATIONS OF
LIFE COACHING SUMMIT
Join us for an engaging and transformative training experience designed specifically for housing professionals in management and resident services (FSS, ROSS, and youth) who are ready to strengthen their leadership, communication, and coaching skills!
Through this interactive Foundations of Life Coaching Summit, participants will gain practical tools to empower residents, build meaningful connections, navigate challenges with confidence, and create lasting impact within their communities. Certified through Indiana Wesleyan University, participants will earn a Certificate of Completion, up to 15 CEUs, and 3 college credits upon successful completion of the program.

Strengthen meaningful connections and trust between staff and participants.
Increase participant engagement, motivation, and goal-focused communication.
Identify signs of stress, burnout, or personal barriers while learning supportive response strategies.
Build confidence in navigating sensitive conversations surrounding mental health, self-sufficiency, and personal challenges with empathy and professionalism.

Agenda
Day 1, Learn the Basics, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Coaching skills, motivation tools, real talk about what makes this world hard – and doable
Day 2, Try It Out, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Practice coaching techniques with real examples, ask questions, and start building your own set of tools
Day 3, Reflect and Plan, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Walk away with your Personal KEY Plan and a clear picture of what you will take with you
Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. for light refreshments each morning. Lunch will be provided on Day 1 and Day 2.

Travel Information
For those who would be flying, the closest airport is the Indianapolis International Airport (IND).
Kokomo, IN is approximately 58 miles from the Indianapolis Airport. It is strongly recommended that agencies rent a vehicle for attendees.
Pricing
Summit Cost per Coordinator/Staff Member: $999
Pricing includes course materials, facilitation by Kalena James, iPEC-CPC, ICF-PCC, ELI-MP, space for the in-person capstone, lunches for Wednesday and Thursday, and light refreshments.
For payment, you or your agency will receive an invoice from our office after you have successfully registered. No online payment will be accepted.
